Metcalf pinned Paul Harris Plus One

FALLBROOK – Dotty Metcalf received her Paul Harris Plus One Pin at a recent weekly luncheon meeting of the Rotary Club of Fallbrook. Club Foundation Director Gordon Tinker made the presentation. Paul Harris was the founder of Rotary.

A Rotarian who gives $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation becomes a Paul Harris Fellow. As Rotarians give additional $1,000 to the Foundation they move up in status as a PHF plus one, two etc. These donations are used for worldwide humanitarian, educational and cultural efforts with emphasis on the most underprivileged children and families in developing, ravaged and distressed countries.
