A new day at FPUD

I don’t often comment in a positive way about most issues. The glass is usually half empty in my aged eyes. However, I saw something the other day when I had occasion to deliver my water bill payment to the drop-box at FPUD headquarters that was most satisfying and encouraging.

Under the “leadership” of the former general manager, a usually empty parking spot, front and center of the offices had a very prominent sign indicating “Parking for General Manager only!” (unwashed ratepayers keep out!)
