Get an inside look on how to make olive oil

AGUANGA – Temecula Olive Oil Company (TOOC) conducts tours of its ranch in Aguanga, 18 miles east of Old Town Temecula, on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. by reservation.

TOOC grows a variety of California olives and presses them using traditional methods to create extra virgin olive oil. The tour explains the process and ends with a tasting.
