Second Suspect Identified in Fatal New Year's Eve Shooting

RIVERSIDE - Authorities turned to the public today for help locating a man suspected of gunning down a 19-year-old Riverside resident at a New Year's Eve party.

Michael Paul Rosas, 30, is wanted in connection with the fatal attack on Vincent Delgado.

Shortly after the Dec. 31 shooting, Rosas' alleged accomplice, 24-year- old Ernie Leonard Moreno, was arrested and charged in the case. However, Rosas' whereabouts remain unknown, according to Riverside police Sgt. Dan Russell.
