RIVERSIDE - Beginning Tuesday, users of the Riverside County Superior Court website will be able to request certified copies of publicly viewable documents from the family law, probate and civil divisions of the court.
Fees will be charged for use of the online tool, but court officials didn't specify the rates.
According to the court, certified copies of any imaged document that is available for public scrutiny can be ordered via the website.
Copy requests will be processed within five business days, and postage costs will apply to all document mailings, court officials said.
Customers can pay with any major credit card.
According to the court, the same service is expected to be available for criminal filings next month.
