UC Regents to Meet in Riverside to Discuss Budget, Other Matters

RIVERSIDE - The University of California Board of Regents will meet next week in Riverside, where the policymaking body will take a closer look at the governor's budget plan and review a report on diversity within the UC system.

The regents are scheduled to meet in regular session on the UC Riverside campus Wednesday and Thursday.

According to the board's agenda, the first day's business includes consideration of a report on diversity at the University of California. The meeting will be open to the public.
