Meeting set for Jan. 21 on Pala Raceway noise

RAINBOW – A group of community members from the greater Fallbrook area will hold an organizational meeting Sat., Jan. 21 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Rainbow Valley Grange, 2160 Rainbow Valley Blvd., to address concern over the noise from the Pala Raceway.
