New art exhibit opens Jan. 20 at Fallbrook Library

FALLBROOK – A new fine art exhibit featuring the art of Igor Koutsenko will open Jan. 20 and continue through March 5 at the Fallbrook Library.

The exhibit will include Koutsenko’s recent works, art prepared specially for this exhibit, and one self portrait from 1978.

Koutsenko’s work reveals an eclectic interest and refined skill. This exhibit will include realist portraiture and still life paintings that demonstrate his technical skill and ability to capture the subject in a moment of time.
