Healthy Woman event to focus on healthy eating, exercise

FALLBROOK – Ladies are invited to attend the January 26 Healthy Woman Ladies Night Out event hosted by Club Paradise Fitness at the Fallbrook Library, 124 S. Mission Road in Fallbrook.

At this meeting, Dr. Aimee Warren will discuss “Healthy Eating and Nutrition for a Healthier Me in 2012” and “The Benefits of Group Exercise” will be presented and demonstrated by Eva Leslie and Sandra Buckingham, instructors at Club Paradise Fitness.

The event is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., is free of charge, and includes social and networking opportunities, food, fun, and door prizes.
