Senior Circle program on Healthy Weight

FALLBROOK - Fallbrook Hospital’s Senior Circle will be hosting a talk on Wed., Jan. 25 at 2 p.m. entitled ‘Healthy Weight: It’s Not a Diet, It’s a Lifestyle’ featuring Brandon Miller, D.O., family medicine and member of the Fallbrook Hospital medical staff.

The event is open to the public and will be held at Silvergate, 420 Elbrook Drive in Fallbrook. Refreshments will be served and there will be a drawing for door prizes. Seating is limited. Call (760) 731-8433 to RSVP.
