Final defendant in Mose murder pleads guilty

Robert Ramos, the fourth and final defendant in the January 2011 murder of 24-year-old Kenneth Mose, recently pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter with a gang allegation. He will be sentenced on April 12 in Vista Superior Court.

According to Assistant District Attorney Geoff Allard of the Gang Prosecution Unit, Ramos pleaded guilty on Jan. 5. Allard said he could not comment further on the case.
