FALLBROOK - The Rotary Club of Fallbrook handed a $5,075 check to Ashley Koebel, Lieutenant, pastor/corps officer for the Salvation Army at a recent club luncheon meeting.
The proceeds come from Rotary Club members ringing the bells over the Salvation Army red pots in front of Major Market and Albertsons in Fallbrook the three week-ends prior to Christmas.
Fallbrook Kiwanis assisted in the 2011 endeavor by supplying additional bell ringers to allow for the extension of hours and days to boost donations in the down
economy....
