Softball league registration ending, workshop offered

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Girls Softball League (FGSL) will hold a free open workout for all age levels at the Fallbrook High School girl’s varsity softball field on Sat., Jan. 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Players are encouraged to participate, enjoy some time on the field, and “tune up their game” for the 2012 season. Participants should bring helmets, bats, gloves, and cleats. There will be stations to work on throwing, fielding and hitting.

Registration for the upcoming FGSL season closes on Jan. 22. Register online at http://www.fgsl.net.
