BONSALL – Bonsall School District Superintendent Dr. Justin Cunningham has been honored by the California League of Middle Schools (CLMS), Region 9, with a Special Recognition Award. At the annual CLMS Region 9 Educator of the Year dinner Jan. 5 in San Diego, Dr. Cunningham was presented with numerous commendations including recognition from Senators Feinstein and Vargas; California Congressional Representatives Bilbray, Hunter, and Davis; San Diego Mayor Sanders; and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Torlakson.
