Fallbrook Library First Anniversary Celebration

FALLBROOK - The Fallbrook Library is celebrating a successful first year in its award-winning new building. On Saturday, Jan. 28, the Library will host a day of fun activities, beginning with a speech by Supervisor Bill Horn at 11 a.m. There will also be cake, ice cream, art, music, dancing, face painting, and a clown.
