Lucretia Morey Craig

Lucretia Morey Craig died peacefully in her home on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012, in Fallbrook, Calif. Cris was 91 years old and born in Mercer County, Penn. on Nov. 21, 1920 to Lucretia and Wilbur Morey.

In 1940, she graduated from Thiel College and taught high school English and science. Her life was devoted to being a homemaker, Air Force wife, and master china painter.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Colonel Robert Craig. She is survived by her daughter Kay Lautenschlager, granddaughters Holly Eckelhoefer and Robin Applebee, and great granddaughter Clara Eckelhoefer.
