Red Flag Warning extended through mid morning

National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Red Flag Warning through mid morning for very low humidities and moderate gusty northeast to east winds.

A surface high pressure over the great basin will continue very dry conditions today with moderate gusty northeast to east winds through mid morning through and below passes and canyons and near coastal foothills. Recent rainfall and the impact on fuels will continue to be a significant mitigating factor.
