Art contest offered as Eagle Scout project

FALLBROOK – Keegan LaBanz, a Life Scout with Troop 739 is beginning his Eagle Scout service project and is asking local artists to assist him in the first phase of this volunteer endeavor.

LaBanz’ project is to build six large trail markers for REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program. Each marker will have an 18” x 24” sign depicting an original cartoon-type character created by local artists and selected by REINS students.
