Library celebrates first year of new facility

Bob Jacobson and Vincia Carlstrom were recognized at the first anniversary celebration of the new Fallbrook Library facility on Sat., Jan. 28. Jacobsen, who was president of the Friends of the Library in 2002, began the original fundraising project for the new facility. As vice president of the Friends, Carlstrom helped with raising $2 million for the project.
