Shafer-Garcia is featured artist for Art Association's February meeting

FALLBROOK – Helen Shafer-Garcia will be the guest artist at the next meeting of the Fallbrook Art Association on Monday, Feb. 13 at 6:45 p.m. at the Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 E. Mission Rd. She will be demonstrating watercolor techniques. There will be an informal critique session starting at 5:30 p.m. Attendees may bring a work that is in progress in any media, and will receive suggestions for improving their work from Shafer-Garcia. The public is welcome to attend the meeting and demonstration.
