Library roof is fast fading

Anyone out there listening on this one? The library roof is just disintegrating in front of all of our eyes! How about a community effort on the part of local nurseries, plant stores, hardware stores, etc. to donate new plants or something to help this eyesore. Is the watering system the problem? Someone please help.

What a waste to put so much money into a building project that turned out to be mediocre at best and then to top it off with roofing material that looks like it is need of a good weed pull!
