Rainbow Water selects Brazier as interim director

FALLBROOK - At its regular meeting on Feb. 28, the Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD) board of directors appointed Helene Brazier to serve as director from Division One, filling the vacancy created by the passing of Gerald Walson. Brazier, a long-time resident of Bonsall, will hold the seat until the term expires in January 2013.

“She was sworn in immediately and participated as a board member for the remainder of the board meeting,” said RMWD General Manager Dave Seymour. “Brazier was also elected to hold the position of board secretary later in the meeting.”
