10-year-old donates hair to Locks of Love

FALLBROOK – When 10-year-old Grace Wade decided she wanted to change from her existing long hair style to a new very short one, she also wanted to donate a 12-inch pony tail of her hair to the organization Locks of Love. The organization collects hair to make wigs for young cancer victims. Grace, a client of Bello Lei salon owner Trisha Sehnert, consulted with the stylist for advice.

Sehnert gave Grace the assignment of looking through numerous photos to find a short style that she liked and after two weeks of research and consultation with her family, was ready for the transformation.
