Caltrans East SR76 "preferred alternative" is not safe

The CalTrans FEIR for East 76 improvement is a voluminous document that will take months for a lay person, like me, to fully comprehend. Therefore, I choose to focus on safety issues I perceive exist with the two unrestricted intersections and “out of direction” travel conditions associated with not three intersections, as stated in Table 3.10-12, but seven intersections including the private roads along the Caltrans 76 “Preferred Route.”
