Perillo wins freshman county wrestling championship

Nick Perillo completed his first Fallbrook High School wrestling season by winning the San Diego Freshman County Championships tournament Feb. 11 at Mt. Carmel High School.

Perillo pinned three of his four opponents in the 152-pound class while earning an 11-3 victory in the finals. "I just felt really prepared going to that tournament," Perillo said. "I'm grateful for my coaches' help and just how well they prepared me."
