FALLBROOK – The Rotary Club of Fallbrook hosted five other Rotary clubs at a joint luncheon meeting March 15 designed to feature the San Diego Rotary Sub-Regional 4 Way Test Speech Contest.
SD Rotary District Chair and Fallbrook Rotarian Dick Goodlake handled the process and introduced the competitors.
