FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook High School equestrian team’s show season is currently in full swing. So far, the team has taken home two Reserve Champion awards in the Children’s Hunter division.
The team is part of the San Diego Scholastic Equestrian League (SDSEL). The team meets on Thursdays during lunch at Fallbrook High School with Kathy Beal.
The Fallbrook High team competes against other high schools in the SDSEL in hunter jumper classes as well as dressage and western. The students are able to earn individual and team awards for their participation. Those involved say it is a great opportunity for equestrians to represent their school and continue in a sport that they love.
