Urgent Weather Message issued for high winds in Riverside County, Inland Empire, San Bernardino

The National Weather Service has issued an Urgent Weather Message for strong gusty northeast winds through and below passes and canyons through early afternoon.

A surface high pressure over the great basin and north winds aloft behind a trough of low pressure over Arizona and new Mexico will bring strong gusty north to northeast winds through and below passes and canyons through early afternoon.
