FALLBROOK – At their monthly brunch meeting, California Retired Teachers Fallbrook Division 81 hosted John McLelland, crime prevention specialist, Fallbrook Substation. McLelland described scamming techniques and how to avoid being a victim. Members Jackie Ehlers, Sandi Grossman and Nancy Sawdon shared stories of their scam experiences.
