When a cache of fifty copies of a controversial map created in 2001 surfaced two weeks ago in Las Vegas and were returned to local artist and native Fallbrookian Brett Stokes, he had a decision to make – should they be made available to residents that have repeatedly asked him if there are any left, or not?
