Quilt Guild welcomes Wendy Mathson in May

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Quilt Guild invites anyone interested in quilting, or just loves quilts, to attend its meeting on May 3 at the Fallbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane.

Wendy Mathson will present a teaching lecture entitled “What’s wrong with the color orange?” and it’s all about the use of color in quilts. She will display a trunk show (quilts from her suitcase, “trunk”) with a wide variety of quilts from antique “scrappies” to modern, artistic designs.

The meeting starts at 6 p.m. with warm welcomes and new friends; refreshments are served.
