County CEO says department heads should be prepared to do "more with less"

RIVERSIDE - Most Riverside County agencies are expected to meet their budget goals in the current fiscal year, but a few are teetering, and the county's chief executive officer says department heads should be prepared to do ''more with less,'' according to a report the Board of Supervisors will review today.
