FALLBROOK - Monserate Chapter DAR in Fallbrook celebrated its 40th anniversary on April 19 at Vista Valley Country Club in Vista. Honored guests were Laverne Boyd, honorary regent and Mary Harrington, past regent. In addition to the festive décor and a beautiful cake, the group was entertained by Cheryl Ranes, Rincon del Diablo Chapter, who gave a program on Quilting for Rebels and Yankees.
