FALLBROOK – Road detours would not damper the gathering of over 60 women from local P.E.O. chapters at San Luis Rey Country Club on April 21. (There are five local chapters that make up the Santa Margarita Reciprocity Bureau.) The event, put on by Chapter AZ, started with a wonderful buffet brunch complete with biscuits and gravy.
