During the summer, Fallbrook High School basketball will be holding camps for boys and girls, grades two through ten. Under the direction of Head Coach Jeff Brandow, Warrior varsity and JV coaches and their players will provide instruction to young athletes.
The camps will emphasize skill development in footwork, rebounding, shooting, defending, ball-handling, and passing. Brandow has an excellent track record as he has improved his team’s win total in each of his four years as Fallbrook’s head coach. He has proven he can provide the proper guidance for players to flourish at the high school level.
"This is a great opportunity for the youth to work with current and former players while having fun and learning basketball skills," said Brandow.
There will be three camps throughout the summer: Camp 1 – June 18 to 21 from 9 a.m. to noon; Camp 2 – June 25 to 28 from 1 to 4 p.m .; and Camp 3 – July 9 to 12 from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost for one camp is $100; two camps, $170; and three camps, $250. After June 1, each camp will cost $120.
Players are encouraged to bring their own water or Gatorade. These camps will serve as fundraisers for Tribe Hoops.
