Two Arrested After Shots Fired at Palm Springs IHOP

PALM SPRINGS - Two Palm Springs men were arrested today after a fight at a restaurant resulted in one man being shot and another being hit by a rock, a police spokesman said.

The incident took place at about 2:45 a.m. at the International House of Pancakes restaurant at 471 Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, according to police Sgt. Mike Kovaleff.
