SAN BERNARDINO-RIVERSIDE COUNTY VALLEYS-THE INLAND EMPIRE- The National Weather Service In San Diego has issued a wind advisory which is in effect until 8 pm this evening.

The low pressure system near the southeast corner of California this morning and moving south towards the gulf of California will create gusty north to northeast winds across the mountain ridges and through and below aligned canyons and passes today. Winds should diminish this evening as the low moves further south.
