Woman awakens to find robber in home, robber flees

SAN JACINTO - On Tuesday, May 29, about 12:33 a.m., officers from the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a residential burglary that occurred in the 1800 block of Cape Horse Drive, San Jacinto. The investigation revealed that the homeowner was awakened from her sleep and encountered a subject inside her bedroom. The suspect realized the victim was awake and ran from the residence in an unknown direction. The victim was not injured and it is unknown at this time if any property was taken during the incident.
