Larry Rothacher

Larry L. Rothacher, 75, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2012 in his Fallbrook home surrounded by his family.

Born on Jan. 19, 1937 to Harold R. Rothacher and Alma A. Gasser Rothacher in Dover, Ohio, Larry studied at Fenn College in Cleveland, Ohio, until being recalled into the U.S. Army, Military Intelligence Unit during the Berlin Crisis. After his military service he went on to earn a bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Maryland and worked on his master's degree there in international political science.
