Johnson, Fieri named FUESD employees of month

FALLBROOK - Fallbrook Union Elementary School District Superintendent Candy Singh presented Candace Johnson and Danni Fieri as employees of the month to the Rotary Club of Fallbrook at a recent weekly meeting.

Johnson, a classroom assistant at Mary Fay Pendleton since 1996, was recognized for being “a dynamic team player, who works well with all students.” She was also described as being highly organized and as someone who works well independently.

Fieri has worked in the district since 1991, the last four years as a teacher in the CORE Program at Iowa Street School. She was recognized for creating a learning environment that is both comfortable and inspirational. “[Fieri’s] students are high achievers because she is constantly encouraging each to establish and reach lofty academic goals.”

The employee of the month program is part of the ongoing effort by Fallbrook Rotary to achieve, maintain and reward excellence in the employees of the Fallbrook school system. For more information, see
