Parents Offered Assistance Treating Children with Mental Disorders

RIVERSIDE - Finding treatment for children 5 years old and younger with developmental challenges can be accomplished with a phone call or email to the Riverside County Children and Families Commission.

The agency, better known as ''First 5 Riverside,'' has started a program called ''Growing Healthy Minds,'' which focuses on aiding parents and grandparents raising youngsters with developmental problems.
