• Rainbow’s annual revenues are 50 percent higher than FPUD’s.

• Rainbow has more assets and fewer debts than FPUD.

• Rainbow owes for a tank and a covered reservoir; FPUD for solar panels and Red Mountain reservoir.

• Rainbow’s looking pretty good financially; FPUD may have a problem.

• Consolidation would mean losing a vote on SDCWA. (San Diego County Water Authority).

• Why are the consultants and finance advisers connected to FPUD directly or indirectly?
