Supervisors approve West Lilac subdivision

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted to approve the West Lilac subdivision.

The 5-0 June 27 denies a neighbor’s appeal of the Planning Commission’s Jan. 20 decision to approve the tentative parcel map for the 92.8-acre Bonsall subdivision and to approve the Environmental Impact Report. The subdivision map includes 22.6 acres of agricultural easement land along with an additional 35.9 acres which will be part of the 28 residential lots but with restrictions preventing non-agricultural uses.
