Graffiti suspect arrested in Lake Elsinore; damage caused estimated at more than $2,400

LAKE ELSINORE (Wire Service) - An 18-year-old man suspected in more than a dozen acts of graffiti vandalism throughout Lake Elsinore, causing more than $2,400 damage to public and private property, was arrested today, July 13.

Gustavo Gutierrez was booked into the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta on suspicion of vandalism and possession of graffiti implements after Riverside County sheriff's deputies executed a search warrant at his residence

in the 3600 block of Nashland Street.

The suspect is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
