Kenney takes fair's supreme reserve champion for lamb

Morganne Kenney raised a lamb which earned supreme reserve champion at the 2012 San Diego County Fair.

Kenney, a member of Fallbrook 4-H, won the supreme reserve champion honor with Cornbread, who was born on January 4 and weighed 148 pounds on the fair scales.

“I had no idea I was going to win that, so that was a really awesome surprise,” Kenney said. “I’m really happy that I got it, and it was a fun year because I worked really hard and my sister and my brother did it as well.”
