Seniors can learn about healthy food choices Aug. 16

FALLBROOK - Fallbrook Hospital Senior Circle will be hosting a talk on Thursday, Aug. 16 at 2 p.m. entitled “Healthy Food Choices – Ingredients that can affect your body” with Dr. Aimee Warren.

The free event is open to the public and will be held at Silvergate, 420 Elbrook Drive. Refreshments will be served and there will be a drawing for door prizes. Seating is limited.
