Crime free apartment complex first of its kind on So. Vine Street

The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department has reported that the owner of one apartment complex has successfully achieved the status of being the first certified Crime Free Multi-Housing project on South Vine Street in Fallbrook.

“Getting an inroad into So. Vine has been difficult to accomplish,” said John McLelland, crime prevention specialist for the Fallbrook Sheriff’s command area. “This really is a big accomplishment.”
