Local crime prevention group recognized for efforts; additional volunteers needed to help mentor local youth

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Citizens’ Crime Prevention Committee (FCCPC) was recognized by California State Senator Joel Anderson in 2012 for its two primary efforts: providing free educational seminars to Fallbrook area residents on crime prevention topics and organizing groups of volunteers to mentor local at-risk youth and provide positive influence through its Guide, Advise, Nurture and Support (GANAS) program.
