This is an open letter to Travis Clausnitzer and anyone else who may be suffering from Crohn’s disease.

Yes, it’s terrible, but it doesn’t have to be so bad. It can be handled and you can avoid the pain, medications and all too possible future surgeries.

My father had Crohn’s; I have Crohn’s. Please do yourself and your son a very great favor and learn about The Specific Carbohydrate Diet. There is info available online under that title and also under the title of the book, Breaking the Vicious Cycle, by Elaine Gottschall. The San Diego County County Library system also carries this book.
