VanderLans wins bulldogging, all-around at Cheney

Jack VanderLans won both the Steer Wrestling event and the All-Around championship at the July 13-15 Cheney Rodeo in Cheney, Wash.

The 2001 Fallbrook High School graduate earned $1,770 for his winning Steer Wrestling run as well as the bulldogging and All-Around buckles. “I’d never been to Cheney before, and I was just really glad that it worked out in my favor,” he said.
